Vacation Bible school

On August 2-6, our church hosted neighborhood children for the regular vacation Bible camp “Always with Jesus”. This year we had 65 children aged from 4 to 15 years old. Every day they studied Scriptures on various topics: who we should trust and why; what obedience is about; how we should serve others; what we need to reach eternal life; what is hope. We could tell by the children’s eyes that they not only loved staying at our Bible school but they were also touched by the Living Word!
It was a special delight that our young people showed remarkable independence in organizing the camp and making important decisions – that is a great blessing from God!! Our women who provided daily food for the children and their teachers were a great encouragement, too. We are grateful for everyone who contributed to the work of the camp in one way or another! We are also thankful to all brothers and sisters who provided prayerful support for our ministry. We keep praying for you and asking our Lord to bless all of us for His work and unite us in the name of Jesus Christ! We will be looking forward to holding the next VBS. Meanwhile we ask prayers on behalf of all those children who visited the camp. We invited all of them to keep attending our church on Sundays and start visiting our regular Saturday Bible club.
